Our latest market statistics for February 2023 are now available for Peterborough and the Kawarthas. It is significant to note that the number of sales are at almost half what they were last year, and there is a significant increase in active listings. While the average sale price has increased from last month, there is a continued notable decline in the average sale price when compared to this time last year.
