She began her journey as a licensed REALTOR® during the era of payphone booths, pagers, newspapers, and in-person meetings. Over time, she parked her license to transition into coaching, consulting, speaking, and mentoring professionals including in 13 Countries around the world.

Today, Virginia, together with her daughter, Isabella Munden, co-founded Buzz Buzz Media Inc., a premier media & education agency dedicated to influencing Canadian Real Estate and building strategic alliances that make the industry world-class.
